Alcide The Werewolf Brings The LOLs On The Soup!

Oh man - between him and Joel McHale, we're in seksi funnymen overload!
On last night's episode of The Soup, True Blood's buffest Joe Manganiello made not one, not two, but three separate - and equally HIGHlarious appearances - and even with a member of his 'wolf pack' - HA!
Ch-ch-check out all the yumminess (above)!
Yes, YES [...]

Well, well, well!

Someone here is not telling the truth!

Although Ricky Gervais raised enough enough eyebrows during his hosting gig at last year's Golden Globes that he was told he would not be invited back, the comedian recently spoke out at the Edinburgh International Festival and claimed they've asked him back - and was even invited to host last year's Academy Awards, as well!!

He reveals:

“I love NBC, I love the fact they stuck by me through it. I don’t think I should do it. What am I going back as? They said to my agent would he like to be on our list. I couldn’t do the Oscars. It’s a thankless task for a comedian. They don’t want to hear jokes, they want to hear if they have won the most important award of their career. I got into this business so I didn’t have to put a suit on and sit behind a desk five times a week. It would be strange to do it.”

Meanwhile, a rep from ABC has countered that he was NEVER approached!

Inneresting, inneresting!

We personally would love to see him back, but it certainly sounds as though he's no longer interested!

Who do U think is telling the truth?

Is Dub Turbo a Legitimate Software To Make Beats?

In 1967, British group Procol Harum released one of the few singles to sell 10 million copies worldwide: "A Whiter Shade of Pale." The song's meaning has been debated for decades, but now the song has been performed with lyrics that had originally been discarded by the group, ending much of the confusion.

Gilbert Gottfried Makes Fun Of The East Coast Earthquake

Gilbert Gottfried's reputation for tasteless joking has almost become larger than the one for his voice.
He made them three weeks after 9/11, he made them right after Japan's horrible earthquake, and now he's making some about the East Coast rumble.
The comedian tweets:

Good. It's no ones business what she is going through right now. So long as she has people around her who support and love her and are helping her grieve, that's all we care about.

The New York Post ran a story this morning claiming that Bravo had plans to run a special one-hour sit down interview with Taylor Armstrong about he suicide of her husband, Russell. The story was Andy Cohen and his crew were "discussing options for a week, but no programming has been formalized," and that Taylor was "still devastated" and didn't participate in the talks herself. While the latter might be true, a spokesperson for Bravo is denying any plans to run a special with Armstrong.

Shortly after the story was run, the rep released a statement, saying:

"It’s not true, there are no plans like that."

We're glad to hear it. Give the woman some time to grieve and make peace with the situation before you have her relive it in front of America.

Dina Lohan Wrote A Movie, Wants $5 Million And A List Stars

ROFL!
Dina Lohan wants $5.38 million from prospective financiers for the R-rated film she wrote, Growing Defiant, which takes "a hard look at the social pressures that can lead a kid in the wrong direction."
Wonder where she got the inspiration from to write that??
And not only that, she's seeking some A-list talent to star in her [...]

So sad.

Michael Showers, the actor who played Captain John Guidry on HBO’s Treme was found dead, floating in the Mississippi River Wednesday morning. The 45 year old actor was found by a steamboat, floating near New Orleans’ French Quarter.

The cause of death is unknown. His girlfriend had reported him missing on Tuesday after not coming home from a night out in the French Quarter.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

The circumstances of and mystery around Showers’ death are eerily similar to the tone and plot lines of his show.

A sad example of life imitating art.

The Danger Of Using Online Video Guitar Lessons

The Blues Brothers' hit "Rubber Biscuit" featured hyper-speed scat singing about crazy cuisine like cool-water sandwiches and Sunday-go-to-meeting buns. First recorded by the Chips, the song became a favorite of East Coast disc jockeys in 1956. Written by lead Charles "Kenrod" Johnson while housed at a reform school, "Rubber Biscuit" became a 1978 smash when it was covered by the John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd as brothers "Joliet" Jake and Elwood Blues--the Blues Brothers.

Sunset Junction Music Festival CANCELED!

Sadsies!!!
Sunset Junction has been officially canceled this year!
The city of Los Angeles denied the permit for this year's festival even though organizers raised enough money to cover fees the city was demanding.
Unfortunately, they only had about $100,00 of the $141,000 owed on hand, which prompted the city to deny the proper permits needed.

3 Best DJ Mixers

The Netherland's death metal extremists collectively known as Sinister have influenced many up and coming death metal acts of today and still continue to do so. What is the one thing I admire about this band? It's not a tough question to answer, as I would say, their perseverance to stand the test of time, which is the coming and going of many different trends within the extreme metal circles.

Waltraud Meier, One Of The Greatest Wagner Sopranos Of All Time

A singer, typically a male one, who sings sentimental songs in a soft, low voice, is by dictionary definition, a crooner. There can be many style variations; even some female vocalists are believed by many to fall into the crooner category. However, in this article we will showcase and pay tribute to that list of original crooners and those that follow them into modern day music in the 'true' crooning manner.

January Jones Is Cold On The Mad Men Set

Hopefully she'll be less cold to her ACTUAL child!!!
During a recent interview, child actor Jared Gilmore who previously played January/Betty Draper's son on Mad Men opened up about the actress's on-set attitude.
Here's the advice that Jared had to give his replacement actor about January:
"Be careful around January [Jones]. She’s not as approachable as the others. [...]

This morning, before the earth began to quake on the East Coast (coincidence?), Courtney Stodden and her creepy great-uncle husband Doug Hutchison stopped by the Morning Show in Australia. They chatted about their "sexy love," as Courtney has dubbed it and revealed they have been “seduced by a lot of producers” to start work on a reality show about their unconventional marriage.

WHO DIDN'T SEE THAT ONE COMING, HUH?!?! THAT'S A REAL SHOCKER!!!

Nothing is set in stone yet, so we don't know what channel or time slot you should start avoiding now, but let's just pray to the T.V. Gods that this project never really launches off the ground. We don't think the world could stomach an entire hour every week of these two being "real." We can hardly get through one of her tweets without tasting bile. Bleck!

If you dare, watch the "sexy love" couple talk about their marriage in the clip from the show (above).

Bravo Will In Fact Re Edit Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills

Earlier we told you about the possibility of re-editing the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
We can now officially tell you that YES, they will be going back into post-production to work around the Russell Armstrong storyline.
Russell, who was found hanging in a Mulholland Drive home, held a dramatic role on the [...]

And don't act like any of you are surprised. This man is an ARTIST, people. He will not rest until he has tried his hand (and perhaps other parts of his anatomy) at every medium he deems as having virtue and merit - like porn.

Earlier this month, when James Franco was on Conan promoting his summer blockbuster Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes, he talked a little bit about an upcoming movie project he has in development: a documentary about the porn industry. At the time, everyone was pretty sure he was joking. Now, it would seem evidence has been uncovered to suggest that Franco was quite serious.

Some pictures were actually uncovered of James from earlier this summer of the actor on sort of a stake out in front of Kink.com, one of the biggest porn studios in the country. In June, he actually toured the "facility" and soon after was spotted chatting with the sites "employees" who do most of the, um, grunt work. Supposedly, this little day of fun solidified the project for Franco and he's expected to come back in a few months to being production. !

If you've been looking for a disk jockey for your wedding reception, or any other event, then there's little doubt that you've discovered the huge gulf between various prices. It's blaringly obvious that some DJs are just much more expensive than others, and you might think that you're being cheated if you pay for one of the more expensive ones over their cheaper counterparts.

Songwriting Getting Started With Chords

I am afraid I am one of those sound engineers that has grumbles about the quality of music that so many people listen to and am concerned that the only mediums they use to listen to music are of questionable quality. And to me this is a shame because music producers like myself put a lot of effort into capturing the best recording and making the best mix of other artists and my own creative music. Perhaps all this hard work is wasted on what is largely a lo-fi and low resolution audience? Or do I just need to get real?

Listen: Muppets: The Green Album

This Thanksgiving the Muppets gang will return to the big screen in a new film … but before we get to feast our eyes on that movie, we get to feast our ears on a new album of Muppets-inspired music. Muppets: The Green Album features a collection of artists performing songs from The Muppets Show [...]

Suri Holmes-Cruise, the only begotten child of the union of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, may be rollin’ in thousands and thousands of dollars of expensive clothing, shoes and accessories but at the core of her being, she is still a little girl (yes, I’m finally convinced she is not a robot or an alien from Mars). And because Suri is a little girl, that means she likely has a deep love of dolls (tho, it is neither uncommon nor out of the ordinary for a little girl to prefer trucks or some other “boy toys”). While out and about this week with her parents, Suri was in the company of one of her dolls … a horrifyingly, terrifying little thing.

Eek. Now, I know little kids love their toys unconditionally … whether it be a teddy bear with a missing eye or a soiled Pound Puppy but … creepy dolls that look like they want to feast on your soul as you sleep? ::SHUDDER:: Suri is the cutest tho … I just hope her obviously evil doll doesn’t go on a Chucky rampage in the middle of the night anytime soon. Yikes!

Brangelina Brood Arrive In Scotland!

G'day all! Welcome to Glasgow!
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were spotted arriving into Glasgow Central station this morning, shuffling along their all of their kiddies on the platform. Brad will be filming some more scenes for World War Z while in town, while Angie will take of the kids.
Oh fun! There's so much for you [...]

This situation just keeps getting more and more tragic.

In light of the suicide of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Taylor Armstrong's estranged husband, Russell, it appears that his family is putting the blame on Bravo for pushing him to his emotional and mental limit, and is considering pressing charges against the network!

Russell's step-brother Wade Jackson explains:

“Bravo is at fault and somebody needs to pay. Russell’s whole family was very close and they’re considering suing Bravo. Russell’s dad doesn’t want to talk about what happened to him with a lot of people, but everyone in the family thinks that Bravo is to blame. I’m sure somebody will sue them. In his line of business he didn’t want to be a public person on the show, but Taylor pushed him into it. He was really upset about the whole thing and told everyone in the family that he didn’t want to be on the show. He was a smart guy. The whole family is sad about his death and they want answers.”

We understand that it's completely natural for people to look for someone or something to blame when something like this happens, but unfortunately, we hope that they come to understand that regardless of what his reasoning was, Russell made the choice to appear on the show HIMSELF, and whatever reasons he had for taking his own life, no one and nothing else is responsible for that.

What matters now is that ALL of his family and loved ones stand together and support one another during this impossibly difficult time. We're sure that's what he would have wanted.

Stay strong.

Overlooked Questions When Hiring A Kids Magician

Fancy dress has been practised for over hundreds of years, tracing it's origins as far back as Roman times but it is generally accepted that the present day of notion of a fancy dress party has evolved from the Italian Masquerade balls of the 15th century. These were truly grand and opulent occasions and were almost exclusively attended by the aristocracy and wealthy. These festivities were for the upper classes, and were closely associated with the traditional Venetian Carnival and the use of masks over the face to be unrecognisable.
